If you have any questions or concerns about a product purchased from The Mummy's Touch® please contact us, we are more than happy to help. We want you to be happy with our products!
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in it original packaging. Return postage is covered by the customer, consider using a trackable service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. After we receive your item, we shall inspect it and process your refund. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
